Jared, Helma, Tazio, and I began making our characters after we "volunteered" Ross to be GM by stepping back simultaneously more quickly than he did. Then we met to finish them, e.g., mutating them by drawing cards, and to clarify any questions.

I'm contemplating a game of Runequest: Roleplaying in Glorantha. The core book alone is vast, a whole geography of world and system, and I have never played in Glorantha before.
I am pretty confident these days regarding the strength and utility of my/our ideas expressed at this site, so my Lab notions are shifting from organized curriculum and into "let's see where we can gte." I've moved into playtesting for Levied Souls, with the help of friends at Spelens Hus. It's a long-term project with plans for multiple sessions, and so this first session was for character creation. By player request, it's also audio only, athough I have set it up as a video for helpful captioning and occasional textual comments.
A little while ago, I got excited and offered a "first come first served" hero creation session at the Kickstarter. Keith was the first, but since he was followed within microseconds by 11 others, I got more excited and said they could participate too. So Keith and I did two sessions to create Nebula, who began as a Starfire expy and rapidly became her own hero just as the rules are intended to encourage, and I conducted some email dialogues with six other people.
